At Vital Care Solutions, we are dedicated to providing safe, compassionate recuperative care to individuals in Minnesota who need a place to heal. Our mission is to support people experiencing homelessness or housing instability as they recover from illness, injury, or surgery—offering them a dignified, healing environment when hospital discharge is necessary but home is not an option.
