Our mission is to support people experiencing homelessness or housing instability as they recover from illness, injury, or surgery—offering them a dignified, healing environment when hospital discharge is necessary but home is not an option.

We partner with healthcare providers, social services, and community organizations to ensure each guest receives not only medical oversight, but also personalized case management, meals, hygiene resources, and connection to long-term housing solutions.
